Hello 10 am session. We missed you. We ended up with a Champions Club record 72 people in total attendance today (74 if you include Alex and Javi during the day). That says something about something.

Jacob has been a recent addition to the babies session and he's been doing really well on the races and jumping. He's not quite as fast as his cousin, Jackson, but he's right there.

Ring hold

Strict burpee

Pistol hold

*split into teams of three, one person at each station, rotate when ring hold is done

We were looking pretty rough during the warmup today from a tough week of workouts, so we did this one for quality and did some extra mobility stuff after.

15 clapping push-ups

Andre is back at it this Summer and has had himself a good week. Everyone did some kind of push-up today with their hands leaving the ground on the top. Some did clapping and some scaled to regular as the workout progressed.
