The Hill With Kettlebells

3 rounds of:

Partner 1: 100m hill sprint then 20 kb swings at the top

Partner 2: 100m hill sprint then 20 kb swings at the top

Rest as needed between sets

Kettlebell swings after a full sprint proved to be a very tough combination. Who could have possibly guessed?

Small group of 5 today (Mrs. Nevarez came in just as the workout was starting) but the parents rocked it as usual. Mrs. Bennis and Mrs. Tara seemed to enjoy the partner carries more than expected.

Again and again this Summer the 6:30 session has made me thankful for having thr turf this time around. Reggie and Mrs. Tara were among the 17 in attendance and showed really good form on both running and floor press.
