2:00 lunge (long step) practice
2:00 handstand walk practice
2:00 strict pull-up practice

We did walking lunges and tried to cover as much ground as possible with each step; back foot turned in and loading the front hip instead of knee. Mrs. Carey was looking good at the 8:30 am session.

We had 4 babies when the clock hit 1 pm. By the end of the session we had 17.
