Summer 2017 proved to be a reunion of some old Champions Club names. In this video we see Steven Carey, Jacob Augustine, Craigen Oster, and Alan Wisniewski, among others doing thrusters and jump ropes to a soundtrack of Mic Jack's DayDreaming.

As I have wrote about before, this has certainly been the reunion Summer, and our 5:30 session on Friday was a packed house with some big names from the past; leading the way was Jacob Augustine, Alan Wisniewski, Craigen Oster, and Steven Carey - four hunks who, with the exception of Jacob, last saw action at the Champions Club during our first Summer here at the box in 2012. Filling out the crew was Mr. and Mrs. Carey, Conor Fitzgerald, Ricky Carey, and Reggie and Josh Ellsworth.

This was a workout I wanted to let the reigns off a bit anyways, but due to the number of people at the session I was even more hands off than usual - only a few times correcting knees forward and such. But the crew looked great overall! Check it out.
