Always assume these are the workout times! These will apply rain, hail, sleet, snow, or holiday unless noted otherwise on a website posting. In other words, if something changes for the workout sessions, we will let you know. Dress for the weather! You never know when we will throw a run in the workout!


Prices:

All prices represent per-month Unlimited membership except for In-season. Sessions run 7 days per week, 365 days per year 

Everything in the Champions Club tends to revolve around the school year. Our pricing is no exception. We have the Summer (detailed below) consisting of June - August, then the rest of the year is blocked into either 3 or 9-month blocks. If you join sometime in the middle, we'll adjust accordingly. Here's the breakdown of the numbers above.

Committed LOI - in the college recruiting world, a prospect who gives this status to a coach means that he is all-in for the long haul. The athlete is ready to join the program knowing that anything worth while takes time and requires commitment. This option also provides the best overall value.

Soft Commit - similarly, prospects will give coaches a "soft verbal" when that program is at the top of the prospect's choices at the moment but they aren't sure about how long that will last.

*In-season Athlete - this option is reserved for kids who's technique is consistent enough to merit attendance of 2x per week. We will make the judgement call, but usually this requires around 9 months of experience. Most of our athletes keep regular attendance during their sports seasons and modify workouts so they don't get burned out. But if the sport is really that demanding or there is a ride issue, this 2x/week option is available. After completing this, the 9-month package is no longer available.

Champions Club Summer - There is nothing better than a Champions Club Summer! The college kids come back, sports wrap up, and Theme Workouts make their return. The Summer runs from June through August, and in the past has been priced at a flat rate of $225.

Before you join the group on the regular, you have to complete Fundamentals sessions with me. Our gym is known in the area (and in some parts of the country) for having extremely high standards for movement form and technique. So to get you up to speed with the rest of our kids and parents you'll need to learn the Fundamentals. These are 8 sessions total (7 private and 1 group mixed in) that will take you from the basics of what we teach to the more advanced. There have been a grand total of 2 people that have ever come in moving well enough that I gave them the option to take an abridged Fundamentals, but they still opted for the full thing. I'll always give people an opportunity to test out, but it rarely passes. If you are from Coach T's class and he gives you his blessing, I'll consider condensing it.
