The 25-minute Poll

Our last two workouts were firsts from what I can remember in crossfit.com programming. They extended the traditional 20-minute AMRAP workout by 5 minutes. Tuesday's workout was death to the legs and abs, while the general consensus today was the shoulders were fried to a crisp. While the core of the main site programming has appeared to stay the same, I do notice some adjustments they make as time goes on. So I'm wondering if the CrossFit gods have determined that 20 minutes of torture is no longer sufficient for us.

Either way the aftermath saw plenty of death faces and sweat angels. So which one was more difficult? Did the extra 5 minutes make a difference or was it more to do with the exercises?
