Five 2-minute rounds of:
20 dumbbell box step-ups
Max reps of dumbbell push presses
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Compare to 3/24/20
Post push press reps completed each round to comments.
Koltin did a great job of working through fatigue to keep the reps going. Knees were coming forward a bit but that wasnot his point of emphasis today.

1:00 shuttle run
1:00 overhead squats
1:00 rest
*Split up into teams of three, with one person at each station.

75 kettle bell swings
60 wallballs
45 pull ups
*Partner 1 completes 75 swings while partner 2 holds a plank, then swtich with partner 2 completing 75 swings and partner 1 holding a plank. Followed by wallballs then pull ups. When partner breaks plank other parnter must also rest and not continue reps.

Anto and Cecilia were pushing each other at the 3:30 session - which did shuttle sprints instead of burpees.
