Run 460 meters

Plank hold for time equal to row time (or 2 minutes)

3 wall walks

*split into teams of two, one partner practices strict knees to elbows while the other does the wall walks

Avery Shulz, Alex's sister, is one of the most athletic girls we've ever had in the babies session. She came on towards the end of the Summer and already had pull-ups, rope climbs, and jumping down.

Shakes was one of the many people who noticed that one arm was lagging a little more than the other as the reps went on and fatigue set in.
