





Boring but... well, boring... is how I'd describe our max effort days. We did deadlifts today and took a 10-8-6-4-2 rep scheme and made it into a For Quality thing, trying to get somewhere around 10 reps for most people. We did see a lot of good form today; Jaylee hit 175 for 2 reps without her back budging, Mr. Carey and Jay worked on keeping some extension in the upper back, and Langston looked like a borderline-athletic person by the time his 3:30 session was finished.
Mr. Andrew, Calan, and Mrs. Jayme highlighted the 4:30 session with their technique. Mr. Andrew worked up to 175 lbs, Mrs. Jayme hit 145, and Calan did his sets at 55 lbs. Chrck it out.
