20 single-leg squats, alternating 

20 dumbbell snatches, alternating 

1 legless rope climb 

10 single-leg squats, alternating 

10 dumbbell snatches alternating

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Strict press

Hang power clean

Squat

*pick your own reps/order/etc.

 

Rest 4 minutes, then repeat with a different number/combo

Slowly but surely Jaxson there has been some consistency showing in Jaxson's form, especially on squats.

Too confusing for me to write out, but a team workout with:

20 one-arm dumbbell push press (10 each side)

5 burpees

1 rope climb

*split into teams of two, each partner does 2 rounds of this in a row, then they do it again. Then rest. Then do that entire thing 3 times.

Wesley has been doing really well this fall, he did 5 pull-ups per round instead of rope climbs.
