150 walking lunges

200 squats
400-m run
150 walking lunges
400-m run
100 push-ups
400-m run
50 burpees

*split into teams of two and divide work however strategized (teams of three do 60, 120, 150, and 210 reps accordingly, with 200m runs instead of 400)

We were lucky enough the last two days to be joined by Kelley Braschayko. Yes, there is another Shakes in this world, and the older sister of Katie has the same lisp, talks similar, and is just as posite and easy going as the one that shows up here every day. Great family, and hopefully we'll see more of them soon.

Push jerks are tricky movements requiring a lot of mobility. A wider landing can compensate in the short term, so we were all over the place with them today; not bad at all though. Evan had his form dialed in.
