The Champions Club's 4th annual Valentines Workout named after the most notorious heartbreaker known to mankind

Our 4th annual Super Bowl Workout. February 1, 2014. About as controversial as any other one.

After the normal team workout, teams of three spread Christmas cheer as they used the money donated from lifts for gifts to buy toys, clothes, and household items to donate to Vietnam Veterans of America.

On September 7, 2012, Carl Paoli of Naka Athletics, GymnasticsWOD, and San Francisco CrossFit made a special trip to visit the Champions Club and share his knowledge of basic movements.

Shirts (well Ryan's) came off and sunscreen went on for the first day of summer sessions.

10 track athletes advanced to the State Championship meet June 4 at Comstock Park. 8 of them just so happen to train with the Champion's Club. We stayed the night at The Amway Grand Hotel on June 3
