135-lb snatch, 30 reps
or
"Grace"
For time:
135-lb. clean and jerk, 30 reps
1) Our version - we are probably going to do both, but for quality instead of for time. and with a 3 sec. pause at each spot.
2) Bodyweight version - do 30 strict burpees for time. rest 5 minutes. then do 30 skill burpees for time.
3) Ghetto weight room version -
