Athlete of the Week: Sydni

Sydni is a beast. Plain and simple. Thanks to a dedication dating back to the winter, Syd has become one of the most well-rounded athletes in the Champion's Club, and who knows where she'll take it from here. She has been following the Zone Diet since the spring and has it dialed in to a science now. She is also the only person who has yet to miss a day this summer. 

 

Her highlights this past week include a 13:19 effort on the clean/pullup ladder (doing real pullups mind you), 5:17 performance on "Jeremy", and finishing with 17:05 on "Morrison" (search for BFCC in the posted times).

The only thing murley missed was the day God handed out the positive attitudes! J/K ROFM (Roll on floor mobilizing...i mean it is an active rest day what did you expect)
