This is a reminder for those of you who still want to participate in the Color Vibe 5K that the price will go up to $45 after today! The Color Vibe 5K is on August 17, 2013 at 9AM at Lake Erie Metropark (don't worry, we will carpool!). Sign up with the Champions Club today by clicking here. Select "Champions Club" into the Team Name box, and the password is crossfit. The price is only $40 for a 5K run with your friends, a T-shirt, and basically a head-to-toe tye-dye! If we get enough interest, you may get a special Champions Club team T-shirt to wear during the run! 

We're hoping to see pretty good attendance so we can have as much fun as we did during the Foam Fest!
