Coach's Corner Travels to the 5 pm "Session"

Can you call a session a "session" if it only has two people? I suppose if those two people are fan-favorites Matt Fecht and Alex Faust, then yes.

On Monday we hit that 26-minute burner with pull-ups, kettlebell swings, and box jumps. We were looking for the form and pace to remain consistent throughout. To increase the stakes, we implemented the Accountabilibuddy system with the 5 pm and 6 pm session to keep things looking good.

Matt and Alex were the only athletes at 5. Here's what they looked like:

Did you notice anything different about their form from the beginning of the video to the end?

Form on a 26 minute workout....LOLZZZZZZZZZZ. I was actually pretty proud of my elbows on pull-ups after murley pointed it out, i felt they stayed pretty decent throughout the workout. Got dinged on picking the kettlebell up without a flat back on a transition, which in all honesty was the last of my thoughts. This was a great workout and a fun sessions (obviously), but really liked the focus suggestion by murley on the transition time. I used that on Tuesday too and think that is an asset to these type of workouts, so hats off to that idea.

God my box jumps at the end were atrocious, but such is life

I think that my form on box jumps was pretty terrible from the start. I do however think that my form on with the kettle bells was pretty spot on the whole way. Also Faust was a beast during this workout
