Would you rather go heavy?
Or would you rather go fast?
No judgement either way, although I do kind of expect a small brawl in the comments.. Alejandro, better be some good ones from you.

I'd rather do neither of those things hahaha. But heavy weight does not usually work out in my favor.
Heavy all day long. Light and fast is a recipe to get gassed. It makes for some fitness, but boy does it hurt. Heavy you are forced to break it up.
Next would you rather - rep scheme?
I'd rather go heavier plus then I have an excuse for being slow hahah I like the intensity factor of doing faster paced workouts but if I had to pick one it would be heavier
I'd rather go heavy, I've always hate fast and like the challenge of heavy weight.
Nothing sucks worse than going fast. I also think nothing makes you tougher.

I like going heavier for the same reason Lauren honestly haha. Although I gotta say, I feel like I improve my overall fitness when I go for speed, cause going heavy in slow is def more in my comfort zone. I mean the goal is to move fast with heavy weight right?
Wow I look great. But obviously I pick heavy. All I know how to do.
Heavy. Try an Ashley Jones 6-5-4-6-5-4 double wave of front squats and deadlifts then I will show you toughness. For you strength geeks out there the percentage are 75-80-85. That is week 1 BTW.
