CrossFit Athletic Group

I got texts today from Lira and EmD's parties asking if we're still open today due to this snow. The answer is yes. I live approx 810 steps away from the gym (give or take waiting for a car to cross the street) and... yeah. So we'll be open all winter: ice, snow, polar vortex, you name it. Pass that message on to anyone you think is in question.

We also have more people coming from further away this year. So it goes without saying that I don't expect to have a normal attendance day. Make up your own workout from home and post it to the Build a Champion page. Otherwise... see you tonight!
