The format for our Christmas Workout will be the same as last year, except we're subbing lunges for dumbbell thrusters. So here's how it looks:
Complete as many reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
Lunges/sit-ups
*while one partner works on the lunges (0:00-12:00) or sit-ups (12:00-24:00), the other does 12 burpees, then rotate
As for the team pairings, I'd read the following as 90% accurate; there's a few people on the fence, and you have to take into account Zander sleeping in or Arthur not being allowed to work outin the cold. Most of the Babies and Double-A kids are plug-and-play in those cases, or they'll just partner among themselves.
