






This video was from July 11, 2011. As embarassing as it may be, this passed for good form. Actually, really good form. We even called them "hollow" burpees to make it known that our burpees were performed at such a great movement standard. What a joke!
Sidenote: I did the workout before this and I can guarantee my form was even worse than anyone in the video here.
How many things can you see wrong by our movement standards now?
This is obviously not a diss in any way to Ryan, Pip, or Brian. They all used to (and still can) beat me in tons of workouts and, at the time, they had some of the best form in the Champions Club.
