Chris Sinagoga | Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 8:00AM Last night Lamphere beat Cranbrook 43-0, and will move on to Round 2 of the playoffs against the winner of Center Line and Chandler Park (I think). Since everyone made the playoffs, the first round is probably going to be pretty brutal across the board so we should see some good games starting next week, or the week after.
Not sure about the second half stats, but Lamphere was up 23-0 after the second quarter and the Champions Club kids were responsible for all the points: Drew ran for a touchdown (and added a fumble recovery), Nick got 2 rushing touchdowns, and Jake kicked a 35-yard field goal (plus had an interception).
Zander has his Cross Country regionals today, so be on the lookout for an update on that.
