A few highlights from last week that are finally making their way to the light here. First we have a crew of parents from the 5:30 session knocking out the box jump/rope pull-up burner from Tuesday.

And then the next day we had Crystal, Wesley, and Aaron Sexton showing out really well on our For Quality overhead squat session.
