Yesterday the thought process on my end was: okay, our limiting factor for almost everyone in being able to do Death By Pull-ups is strength, so we need to work on strict pull-ups, but also I want to make sure we hit the core-to-extremity skill of kipping pull-ups, so we are going to add on kettlebell swings; how exactly I want to do them, I have no idea, so I'll let you guys figure that out. So here's what I'd like to hear:
1. How did you set up your reps and rest at the start, and how did it progress?
2. What did you want to get out of it?
3. Did you get what you wanted out of it?
