I keep saying this, but as young female athletes I can't think of a single movement more important for them to develop sound mechanics of than a pistol. Keep up the good work kids!

I left the 6:30 session for a basketball practice yesterday and the session seemed ripe for a No Pride Sunday kind of vibe, what with Shakes and Mrs. Carey and Jay in charge. But brothers Zander and Owen Munk had other plans and Coach Casey stuck around to get their workout on film.
Zander nudged his older brother out by 4 strict presses.
