15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Hang clean, 15 reps
15 Back extensions, with 25 pounds
Hold 25 pound plate or dumbbell to chest for back extensions.
As rx'd, 20:18 (PR).
Broke K2E 5-5-5, and hang cleans 10-5. L-pull-ups initially 5's, but singles by round 2. Rest unbroken.
