Beast Mode: Alyssa Jabara

On this episode of Alyssa Jabara doing Alyssa Jabara things, the Champions Club's own Alyssa Jabara does her usual surprising of everyone. It was not too long ago when Alyssa was not allowed to move past 65 pounds for a 1 rep max. Yesterday, she did quite a bit more than that and turned in an impressive 165-pound 3 rep max deadlift yesterday. Business as usual.
