Common Core gets me fired up. Chris teaches us all the time that if we want to lift heavy we have to have a strong Common Core. Common Core strength is key to Crossfit and all athletic activities. The Crossfit Journal has had a bunch of articles on it.
:)
Common Core also gets me fired up.
I like the idea behind this article...but what is up with the Journal lately?!? This was like 2 pages, and it barely skimmed the surface of the topic.
They're a little different. Actually, check your email. Mark Warkentin asked me to write an article awhile ago (hopefully in the process of getting published) about the old videos/articles. They used to be really in-depth. Although, there are a few now that are more thorough.
Also, check out the Level-3 study guide. Lots of good stuff in there.
