Saturday Highlights at the Hill

Despite the constant pleas to reconsider, we took a surprise field trip to the Hill for Saturday's workout. Groups were split up - half on one side of the hill and half on the other - and the workout was 4-5 rounds of 6 burpees then a sprint to the top with full recovery between efforts.

The steep side featured most of our high school and middle school kids in attendance. Here's Dillon, Madison, and Jessica on the first clip and Lulu and Sam Curtis on the second.
