Play Time: 4:30 Session Swinging Stations

Our sub for the max effort weighted pull-ups was about 20 minutes of playing on various things around the gym. The 4:30 session really seemed to get into it.

The Macroclimbing article is something I've referenced before and I've seen the improvements from the Babies, the Double-A session, and the Monkey Exhibit that has come from informal pulling. Hopefully there will be more of this to come.
