Our first Theme Workout of the Summer is going to be the classic Disney Doozy - our 12th year doing it. Featuring Pluto's Paws-off Push-ups, Hakuna Matata Tabata Squats, Mulan's Manly Climbs, and Baloo's Bear Crawl, this one always proves to be a rough workout.
