Beast Mode




Mrs. Leze has been coming in twice a week since September to work on anything and everything that moves her closer to walking. We started with a lot of standing drills to wake up the feet and feel bodyweight, then in the last month and change we've been doing almost all squatting (holds, modified range of motion, starting from seated, etc.).
Two days ago Mrs. Leze did what I would consider her first official CrossFit workout. "Angie" was modified to partial ROM on sit-ups from a box, pulling and pushing my hands, and a mixture of squats holding my hands (40) and squat holds. Total time: 38:40.

Way to go, Leze! You've been working so hard and it shows! And putting up with Chris for 1:1 sessions shows your strength even more. I couldn't do that! 😆
