Emma Demonaco sent me this picture from her meet this weekend - probably as a Hey Look I'm In Pose kind of gesture. Little does she know I can't have nice things.

Yes EmD is in Pose. She is in Pose because every goes through Pose whether they want to or not. She is late, though. Later than Nick Bewick at the 4:30 session. Our goal is to hit the Pose position in a vertical line, so ideally she would have the same body shape but her head would be in line with the rear window of that car (not the slugbug).

She is late getting into Pose because her cadence is too slow, probably. I'm basing this off her left arm being almost straight. Usually there is a correlation between the arm going straight and the foot lagging too far our back. The fix is not to keep the arms bent, but instead to keep the back knee bent. And also lose the FAP.
