Chris Sinagoga | Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 12:21PM This morning at the 11 am session we did handstand practice during the workout and we had two kids kick up to their first handstand.
First was Ella Goga, who got her's with about 30 seconds left in the workout:
And next up we got Calan, who kept practicing after the workout and ended up getting one.
