Things started off yesterday by Mrs. Hill asking me, quite innocently, how long we've been doing our thing here.

"Started at Foley in 2010; started here in 2012," I said, but the last syllable of "12" stayed a little longer than usual, when Mrs. Hill had that look on her face that said I Was Really Asking That Question To Find Out About Another Question. On with it Mrs. Hill.

"Well..." she started, "my mom said she used to come here for a little bit... a long time ago... but there's no way. Avery and I don't believe her."

"What's her name?"

"Cindy."

"Was she from Henkel?"

Avery and Mrs. Hill exchanged shocked looks at each other.

"No way!"

"Check this out," I said, "I'll show you."

After 5 minutes of disbelief at seeing a picture of her mom climbing a rope, Mrs. Hill mentioned that she could never do that.

Welp...

Mrs. Hill was the first of our New Kids to get their Graduations on the rope yesterday.

Next was Faith Stinson, who climbed it during the workout...

... and then is was Mya Giffin, who got hers after the workout finished...
