Chris Sinagoga | Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 3:25PM I am sad to announce that Katie Kavanaugh has left us indefinitely, as she flew out to Virginia this morning to stay with some relatives for the time being.
Katie came to us through her sisters for the Summer 2013. She went on a long hiatus before coming back to us in January. Katie picked up right where she left off and made herself right at home not only with the College Kids, but also the high school crowd and the parents.
Towards the end of the Summer she really started to see her consistency pay off in the form beastly pr's on max effort days. And while long workouts were never her favorite, she always moved with good form.
Katie, we're gonna miss you. Thanks for coming back and I hope you keep up with the website and our kids while you are away.
