This evening after the mobility session, Katie Shakes and Katie Kav stuck around afterwards to practice handstands. Since her days of Fundamentals, Shakes has always been hesitant on the kick-to-handstands out of fear of coming to a crashing fate. Tonight, she finally got over it and completed her first ever kick-to-handstand against the wall. No spotters anywhere in sight.

Great job kiddo. This is just one example of how much improvement you've made this winter. The entire gym knows there's much more to come as well.
