CrossFit Athletic Group

Just when I thought we were out of New Kids, here comes Koltin Krstich - an 8th grader from the Page/Lamphere group originally recruited by Jake Malak's dad.

Koltin is a baseball/soccer kid, with baseball being his primary sport. As with most 8th graders he's growing into his body and his hips/ankles seem pretty stiff as a result. Thankfully the coordination is not lost with this one and he even retained the squat technique we went almost a month ago when he tried his first session with us. If we can get through some of the normal frustrations of learning technique early on, we'll definitely have a good one in the farm system! I'll check back in after Day 5.
