The workout this Saturday will take place at the Beachwood RecreationCenter's pool - courtesy of Megan, Erin, and Katie Kavanaugh.

Since I know there are some very special people reading this (Carter), I want to make sure you all read closely what the plans are for this Saturday's workout.

• 11:00 am - regular team workout at the gym
• 12:00 noon - after the workout, anyone interested can head out to the Kavanaugh's pool for an additional workout and diving off the high dive.
• 2-3ish pm - we leave said pool

The Kavanaughs have cleared it with the higher-ups at Beachwood and we are good to make use of their pool and basketball/volleyball courts. The cost is $5 per person. I will cover it if anyone really needs it, just don't be a jew about it. The address is as follows:
