Chris Sinagoga | Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 8:39AM On Thursday the 6 pm session got a suprise visit from two OGs and a future athlete.
"Pip" (the giant bearded one) is Champions Club athlete #3 - coming in 2009 shortly after Ryan Richard and Jack Trastevere. He is Mrs. Pip's son and is as strong as he looks and as you would expect from anyone with the last name Pippin.
To the far right is Lynnette Pippin, who trained with us for a few years while we were still at the school. She, like her brother and mom, was a natural at lifting heavy things.
Finally, Pip's son, Oliver, made his way into his future home without the slightest idea of where he was. But if you see Mrs. Pip, ask her to show you the video of her teaching Oliver how to do a plank. It's about as cool as you'd imagine,
