Beast Mode: Drew, Jaylee, and Zander

On Wednesday we took advantage of some small numbers at every session except 4:30 and did short sprints in the gym as a sub for rowing. We used a drill we do in track where one person starts down, going on their own, while the others have to react. Our 3:30 crew with Jaylee Hall, Drew Webster, and Zander Munk had a really good workout; Drew used 115 lbs. and both Jaylee and Zander used 85. Here's their last round.
