A lot of athletes need to modify today to work the range of motion for a snatch balance...Jacqueline was not one of them.

"Capoot"
For time:
100 push-ups
Run 800 meters
75 push-ups
Run 1,200 meters
50 push-ups
Run 1,600 meters
25 push-ups
Run 2,000 meters

As rx'd, 43:15. Took push-ups slowly, 7 every 20 seconds, just like in Jared. Pacing worked great. Runs were all about 8:00 mile pace. Got rough starting with the mile, and definitely in the 2000m.
