Run 400 meters

35-lb. dumbbell thrusters, 21 reps

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
25-foot handstand walk
10 kettlebell swings
♀ 53 lb
♂ 70 lb

As rx'd, 5 rounds + 8 swings.

HS walk after swings was spicy. Walks didn’t degrade too much; still it look ~3 attempts per round to cover the distance.
