Beast Mode: 3:30 Session Deadlift and Handstand Walk

I talked about this a little bit at the 6:30 session last night, but one of the things CrossFit does really well is blend elements from different disciplines into a single workout. For example, gymnasts are good at handstands and powerlifters are good at deadlifts, but how would powerlifters do at gymnastics? What about gymnasts in the powerlifts? This balanced capacity is what really translates into most sports.

We had a big turnout at 3:30 and while the main group did the forward roll/handstand hold combo after deadlifts, Mrs. Nevarez, Javier, Conamora, Sarah, Sam, and Zander did handstand walks in between. Here's how it looked.
