Beast Mode: 6:30 Stagger

One of Coach Glassman's old motivation strategies was to send his group on a run and log the times upon return, then, at a later time, start them staggered in reverse order of how they finished.

All my plans were to go to the Hill on Friday but the ominous skies persuaded my cold heart to stay indoors and test out Coach's stagger with a 200m sprint and kettlebell swings. Here's how the 6:30 session looked, which featured Jay, Koltin, Natalie, Jaylee, Mr. Krstich, Mr. Carey, Mrs. Nevarez, and Mrs. Carey.

True to your devious plans, the format tricked me to keeping a consistent 200M pace. And it looks like you killed Mr. Carey.
