Play Time: Levers on the Rings

Last week we took advantage of a small 6:30 session by doing a warmup with skin the back, back lever, and front lever practice.

The front lever is something that looks like failed attempts are just poor effort, but get upside down and try one to see how far you can get. Here's Jay, Mrs. Nevarez, and Mrs. Van.

I keep saying we need to practice this stuff more, but the rings are always hanging there for anyone to try.

Back levers are easier...I might start with those (although bailing is admittedly a bit harder).
