Theme Workout Announcement: Harry Potter 2022

It's weird to think it's that time already.

Our 13th annual Harry Potter Theme Workout will be September 1 as usual, and as with the last few years we're going to spread it across a few sessions. This time it's going to be 4:30 and 5:30 pm. Come in ready for your abs to be smoked, only to undo all that work with some glorious food* afterwards.

There will also likely be a little bit of a different format for the workout this time around, as last year we had some trouble with having enough equipment for all the stations. During the week we'll still plan on signing up for Houses and competing for the House Cup with the rest of your team. Don't know what I'm talking about? Go and watch that stuff right now!

Either way, I'm sure the actual working out is the last thing that people will remember from this one; it's our Summer send-off, so bring a dish to share if you can and enjoy the community who gave you so much these past few months.

*I know it's being a party pooper, but let's keep it to food and water; pop, pop-like carbonated crap, gatorade, and obviously alcohol can stay home please! There are people in the gym who are really trying to cut that stuff out, so let's not make it difficult on them. And I'm a party pooper.
