When you hear someone call your name (or nickname, for that matter) your head automatically turns to wherever the sound came from; elevation, however, is not usually taken into account. So when I heard the patented "Hey Chief!" 20-something minutes into the 4:30 session's workout my head turned and looked eye level, expecting to see Mr. Malak safely on the ground squatting. Possibly tipping over while squatting from a case of noodle legs.
But by the grace of God, I was soon to realize the big fella was 3/4 of the way up the rope. A few seconds later, Mr. Malak got his very first rope climb!

Way to GO Malak!!!
Thats awesome!
I think the best part was the tone in his voice... It reminded me of a little kid trying to get his moms attention because he was about to accomplish something he never thought he could do.. Good job Malak, I’m proud of you!!
Way to go, Malak! And that far into this workout was no small task! Nice job!
Ahh!! LOVED being at a random 4:30 to cheer you on!! Exciting stuff for sure!
