Chris Sinagoga | Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 3:00PM This Summer's 10 am crew (who actually work out at 11:45, sorry for any confusion) has been sporatic at best. But it appears that we are finally going to see some consistency out of the group. We had seven in attendance today, and they looked pretty solid in the workout. During the warmup, we saw Mikayla and Rachel get their first rope climb. Check it out.
