Chris Sinagoga | Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 12:00PM While many of you new folks are getting introduced to the character known as "Bubs" since she's finished school, another staple in our history of impressive girls is Lauren Higgins, who finished as the runner-up in AOTS for 2014, and top 5 in 2015. She was Cecilia before Cecilia, Dillon before Dillon, and Shakes before Shakes: known for incredible power output but surprisingly good endurance as well.
On September 10, 2013 her and Bubs squared off in the classic CrossFit benchmark workout Barbara. Lauren was a high school senior at this time, and Bubs was a junior. They were tied going into the final round. Here's how it turned out:
