With the college kids coming back early we've had to get a little creative with regards to space and equipment for some workouts. Last week we took the regular prescription of 1 snatch, 3 clean and jerks, and 30 double under and turned it into a team workout with snatches and jump ropes. Here's the highlights from the 4:30 and 6:30 pm sessions.
