Chris Sinagoga | Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 4:27PM We don't do posts for double unders as much as we used to but the two milestones today are worth noting for sure. First, Mrs. Bennis has been slowly gaining confidence in her knee after surgery a year ago. Today she did her first double under!
Secondly, after Jay finished his workout at the 6:30 session, he tested out a max set of double unders. He ended up doing 220 in a row, beating Aaron Sexton's Summer score by a few reps!
